FAQs

All orders are shipped out of our Central District brick & mortar located in Seattle, Washington Thursday - Friday. Due to the nature of our small team orders typically take 1-3 days to be processed. Our shipping partner is 100% carbon neutral allowing us to ship locally and nationally while protecting the planet. Please note that the shipping fee for packages more than 5lbs is $10. For orders over $150 we offer free shipping. 

Any full-price undamaged, unused, and unaltered item can be returned for in-store credit by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery date. We are happy to offer free returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items with original tags still attached excluding jewelry, skincare, beauty products and masks. Please reach out to info@thecuraco.com to initiate a return. The amount returned will appear on the card issued. After 14 days all sales are final.

Items purchased using store credit or a discount code are final sale.

Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.



Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please refer to the Sendle tracking number or USPS one to track your parcel. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
